Après une pareille expérience, certain d’entre vous me connaissent, j’adore partager une certaine revue des sensations vécues avec vous… nous y voilà avant le prochain week-end. Je sais, c’est un peu long, mais courage ! c’est quelques min, pour l’éternité…
FORMULE MAGIQUE!
Avouons que SUDBEAT a trouvé la recette, et on y a goûté avec joie lors de la venue de Hernan Cattaneo, Graziano Raffa, Simply City et John Cosani
Mais QUEL PARTY !
En tout premier lieu bien sur, Merci à l’équipe STEREO MONTREAL pour avoir réuni les conditions d’une pareille expérience!
Vous conviendrez avec moi que la soirée du 25 mars fut absolument l’une de ces nuits qui se classe dans la catégorie “légendaire”. Et ce, pour de multiples facteurs…
D’abord, le premier tiers de la nuit, de l’ouverture jusqu’à six heures à été excellent avec en ouverture le dj italien @Graziano Raffa et notre ami Simply City aka Cesar Romero, qui contribue à l’histoire de la musique montréalaise avec sa tournée SUDBEAT dont il revient tout juste de l’Amérique du Sud.
(Au début de l’année 2023, pendant deux mois, Simply City est allé rencontrer le rêve de sa vie en allant rejoindre des gens extraordinaires qui l’inspirent et lui permettent encore de grandir. C’est fantastique de penser que notre ami d’ici Montréal, un “résident Stereo” va représenter notre culture et notre fierté sur les plus grandes scènes, en compagnie DU meilleur.)
Le deuxième tiers de la nuit a été simplement magistral avec l’arrivée du maestro de 06am à 1pm.
Je crois que nous avons entendu là des sonorités et des rythmes qui sont uniques dans l’humanité… La concordance des jeux de lumière en symbiose avec les explosions musicales confère à l’expérience partagée dans la salle quelque chose de magique.
La foule était très réceptive et tellement connectée sur le moment… Je ne sais pas si c’est juste moi, mais j’ai d’ailleurs cru observer une évolution comportementale de la masse au fil des heures;
Avez-vous remarqué qu’ au début de la nuit tout le monde danse un peu plus individuellement, ou par petits groupes avec ses amis.
Mais plus la nuit avance, plus une forme de partage et d’empathie se crée avec tous les autres visages que l’on voit au fil des heures.
J’avais l’impression que plus les heures passaient, plus il y avait de l’amour, de sourire et de la gentillesse dans la foule. Les déplacements étaient très doux et je ne me suis pas fait bousculer de la soirée. Je ne sais pas pour vous, mais j’avais l’impression que cela était très civilisé à SUDBEAT…
En effet, lorsque la musique et le rythme vous bercent sans brusquer ni l’âme ni le pas de danse, il en reste un état d’esprit sans agressivité et ouvert sur l’environnement. C’est-à-dire les autres… Haaaaaaa les avantages du PROG! Merveilleux
Le Maestro Cattaneo possède divinement la musique et nous la rend avec une précision chirurgicale. J’ai probablement comme vous encore du rythme et des éclairs sonores en tête, mélangés aux couleurs éclatantes et aux lasers qui baignent la place… D’ailleurs, bravo Luc LHeureux pour ton travail impeccable comme toujours.
Anecdote
À un moment donné je croise un gars en dansant, mais il me semble que je l’ai vu joué dans le booth plus tôt… Alors je lui demande, et oui en effet, il me confirme qu’il est le 1er Dj que j’ai vu en ouverture : Graziano Raffa !
Wow! le mec s’amuse comme un déchaîné c’est super de le voir ainsi ! En fait, je suis retombé dessus presque à chaque fois qu’il prenait un brake de jeu, car il avait un de ces funs à venir danser! Le gars entre ses jeux descend sur le plancher, et danse ! Fantastique!
Quant au dernier tiers de la nuit qui fut de 13h à 17h, je les calcule comme étant parfait. Je confirme que les gars de SUDBEAT ont déployé une recette excellente! Le B2B2B2B était parfait, avec une fluidité exquise entre les artistes, et comme le dit SImply City dans son Post, c’était improvisé, mais wow! Quel résultat!
Et si je ne m’abuse, c’est là que nous avons eu la chance d’entendre John Cosani, qui a apporté une très belle touche organique, avec des instruments et des rythmiques très groovy. Je dis BRAVO au Maestro et à toute l’équipe pour avoir généreusement mis en valeurs tous les dj SUDBEAT, ainsi que M. Cosani, avec 2 ou 3 excellentes apparitions dans le 3e tiers. Merci !
C’est au cours de cette période que nous avons pu demander à l’ami Cesar de nous aider à faire signer la casquette de notre amie Clea Stuart Anaya, qui l’avait emporté avec un Sharpie hehehehe 
Très gentiment Hernan Cattaneo a accepté d’apposer sa marque pour le plus grand bonheur de Clea. (*C’est la photo de cet article)
Un autre beau moment s’est déroulé quelque part en début d’après–midi probablement, alors que je croise à nouveau le Dj Graziano Raffa en dansant à l’entrée gauche qui mène derrière le dj booth, je lui demande d’abord de quel pays il vient ;
“I come from Italy man” me répond-il…
Je prends alors quelques instants avec lui, et lui demande ;
– dis moi Dj, est-ce que les gens dansent comme ça en Italie, ou ailleurs dans le monde ?
Il a pris un grand respire, regarde la salle et me réponds avec un visage tellement lumineux ;
– Man! I will tell you, there is NO OTHER PLACE like this on the PLANET! Yes of course people dance, they have fun, but we don’t see dansers like here! They are animals and…. I don’t know man (et il se met les deux mains sur la tête en regardant la salle). It’s incredible man, nowhere people dance like that, like animals! It’s never enough…
Et il a répété
– On the entire planet earth, all around the WORLD, this is the onlyest place like this for the music man…
– Thank you DJ, welcome to Montreal…
– It’s amazing bro…
et nous nous sommes séparés! Sur le coup, cela m’a fait pensé à la fois avec Cid INC. ou l’ami Camilo me partageais sa joie de vivre ce mélange des cultures de toute la planète, …
Devant un tel bonheur j’ai fait un petit calcul statistique de la chance que chacun de nous avons d’être présent dans un endroit aussi magique. C’est étonnant…
Pensez à la chance que vous avez : Votre présence individuelle dans une soirée Stereo représente 0,0000000125% de l’humanité (mettons que vous êtes 1/8 000 000 000).
Et quand vous êtes amalgamé aux 800 danseurs qui remplissent la place, vous faites partie des 0,00001% de la population mondiale qui a le privilège de partager des moments aussi extraordinaires, et de se remplir littéralement d’énergie universelle… d’Amour!
Bien sûr, ces chiffres sont tellement abstraits que c’en est presque intangible, mais pour les matheux, ou les réfléchisseux, cela pourra peut-être offrir une belle perspective de nos chances inouïes d’avoir accès à ce temple… En tout cas, moi ça me donne la mesure de la chance d’être là, vivant et heureux, alors qu’il y a tant de souffrance ailleurs sur le globe. Gratitude d’avoir accès à ce 0,00001%… Avec VOUS 
Oui oui, c’est vous l’autre joueur du succès de ces soirées ! Merci à vous pour tout ce que vous apportez, les Mathieu, Fadi, Luis, Emilie, Solange, Santo, Jino, Alain, Gail, Christian et autres amis de l’infini… Vous les danseurs étiez super beau et souriants, ca paraissait que vous étiez heureux ! C’est Contagieux ! Comme ces trois gars tellement souriants qui ont pris un vol de… Saskatoon ! Expressément pour venir danser ! wow ! Juste wow !
Finalement, en sortant du temple, j’ai eu une dernière fois l’occasion de recroiser le Dj Graziano à la fin de la nuit, sur le trottoir, et il était totalement sous le charme de sa visite, avec l’équipe John Cosani, Simply City et le Maestro lui-même. Merci SUDBEAT pour votre présence ! Vous repasserez…

First of all, of course, thanks to the STEREO MONTREAL team for having created the conditions for such an experience!
You will agree with me that the evening of March 25th was absolutely one of those nights that ranks in the « legendary » category. And this, for multiple factors…
FIRST THIRD OF THE NIGHT
First of all, the first third of the night, from the opening until six o’clock, was excellent with the Italian dj @Graziano Raffa and our friend Simply City aka Cesar, who contributes to the history of Montreal music with his SUDBEAT tour from which he just came back from South America.
(At the beginning of 2023, for two months, Simply City went to meet the dream of his life by joining extraordinary people who inspire him and allow him to grow. It’s great to think that our friend from here in Montreal, a « Stereo resident » will be representing our culture and pride on the biggest stages with THE best).
SECOND THIRT
The second third of the night was simply masterful with the arrival of the maestro from 06 am to 1 pm.
I think we heard sounds and rhythms that are unique in humanity… The concordance of the light shows in symbiosis with the musical explosions gives the shared experience in the room something magical.
The crowd was very receptive and so connected in the moment… I don’t know if it’s just me, but I thought I observed a behavioral evolution of the crowd as the hours went by;
Did you notice that at the beginning of the night everyone dances a little more individually, or in small groups with their friends.
But as the night progresses, a form of sharing and empathy is created with all the other faces you see as the hours go by.
I felt like the more hours passed, the more love, smiles and kindness there was in the crowd. The movement was very smooth and I didn’t get pushed around all evening. I don’t know about you, but I had the impression that it was very civilized at SUDBEAT…
Indeed, when the music and the rhythm rock you without shattering your soul or your dance steps, you are left with a state of mind without aggressiveness and open to the environment. That is to say the others… Haaaaaaa the advantages of the PROG! Wonderful
Maestro Cattaneo divinely owns the music and renders it to us with surgical precision. Like you, I probably still have the rhythm and flashes of sound in my head, mixed with the bright colors and lasers that bathe the place… By the way, congratulations Luc LHeureux for your impeccable work as always.
Anecdote
At one point I pass a guy while dancing, but it seems to me that I saw him playing in the booth earlier… So I ask him, and yes indeed, he confirms that he is the 1st Dj I saw at the opening: Graziano Raffa!
Wow! the guy is having a great time, it’s great to see him like that! In fact, I ran into him almost every time he took a game brake, because he had one of those fun to come and dance! The guy between his games gets down on the floor, and dances! Fantastic!
LAST THIRD
As for the last third of the night which was from 1pm to 5pm, I rate them as perfect. I can confirm that the guys from SUDBEAT have deployed an excellent recipe! The B2B2B2B was perfect, with an exquisite fluidity between the artists, and as SImply City says in his Post, it was improvised, but wow! What a result!
And if I’m not mistaken, that’s where we had the chance to hear John Cosani, who brought a very nice organic touch, with very groovy instruments and rhythms. I say BRAVO to the Maestro and the whole team for generously featuring all the SUDBEAT djs, as well as Mr. Cosani, with 2 or 3 excellent appearances in the 3rd third. Thank you!
It was during this time that we were able to ask our friend Cesar to help us sign the cap of our friend Clea, who had taken it with a Sharpie hehehe Very kindly Hernan Cattaneo agreed to affix his mark to the delight of Clea (*This is the photo of this article)
Another beautiful moment took place somewhere in the early afternoon probably, as I cross again the Dj Graziano Raffa dancing at the left entrance that leads behind the dj booth, I ask him first what country he comes from;

I then tooked a few moments with him, and ask him ;

In front of such happiness I made a small statistical calculation of the chance that each of us have to be present in such a magic place on earth, exactly as he mentioned. It’s amazing…
